Three Days State Level Conference Concluded Successfully at PDUAM Tulungia

IQAC Cell of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Adarsha Mahavidyalaya Tulungia Bongaigaon organizes it's first ever state level conference on exploring start up opportunities and learning through NEP 2020 from 4th March to 6th March 2021. Three days long sessions were divided into four technical sessions, Industrial visit and site seeing targeting mainly the students fraternity with an intention to promote vocal for local an initiative of government of India to promote entrepreneurial spirit amongst the young and dynamic youths. The students,  teachers and principals of seven different reputed colleges of ASSAM,  namely PDUAM Eraligul, PDUAM Dalgaon, PDUAM Amnjonga, Abhayapuri College Bongaigaon, Birjhora College Bongaigaon, Bongaigaon College have joined the session. 

The inaugural session was graced by Dr. Manjil Basumatary, Assistant Academic Registrar, Bodoland University along with other respected dignitaries.  

The first session was led by Dr. Rajesh Deb Barman, Department of Commerce, Bodoland University and a member of NEP 2020 implementation committee, government of Assam has highlighted on National Education Policy 2020. He also  elaborated the significance of new National Education Policy 2020. Another outstanding resource person Dr. Bibhash Chandra Das Purkayastha, former Principal Pandu College Ghy,  member of NEP 2020 implementation committee, Govt of Assam spoke up on exploring start up and opportunities through NEP 2020 in the 2nd technical session. He started the session bringing principles of life by quoting lines from Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya and made the session more involved. 

Mr. Hemanta Rabha, Project Head,IIE Guwahati, also graced the 3rd technical session by sharing his thought provoking ideas regarding entrepreneur and entrepreneurship.
The resource person of 4th technical session Dr. Dibyajyoti Mahanta, Dean,  KKHSOU and a member of NEP 2020 implementation committee, Government of Assam threw the light on Creation of conducive academic atmosphere for quality enhancement of learner through NEP 2020. The technical sessions were so fruitful and very lively. The entire delegations involved actively in the sessions. The students and teachers participants were assigned to prepare projects by the resource persons during the session and they came up with the various ideas and concrete solutions for promoting entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial skills in the state .

The three days long program ends with sight seeing and keeping beautiful memories.  

At the end Dr. Gunindra Das Principal of the college and IQAC Coordinator Dr. Kaushik Kishore Phukan thanks all the teaching staff, non teaching staff and the entire students for their tireless efforts in making the program grand success.

Celebrated Chatra Divas on the Birth Anniversary of Late Bodofa Upendranath Brahma at PDUAM Tulungia

PADUAM Tulungia 31 st March 2024: The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Rajballav Barman, the General Secretary of the Students Union. He greeted the attendees and expressed his gratitude for their presence on this significant occasion. Rajballav set the tone for the event, emphasizing the importance of commemorating the birth anniversary of the Late Bodofa Upendranath Brahma, a revered figure in Assamese history.  Following the welcome address, Dr. Pranjal Morang, the Principal in charge, graced the occasion by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
